With our focus on recognizing the problem(s), we provide treatment options for ways to live a healthier you! Follow up visit prices will vary for cash paying patients related to level of complexity and medications.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments. A fee of $90 will be charged for same day cancellations. Insurance does not cover this fee.
