Service Description

We require 48 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments. A fee of $90 will be charged for same day cancellations and or missed appointments. This fee is not covered by Insurance. If you miss 3 consecutive appointments you may be dismissed from the practice. We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and care credit.

Self Pay Patients: We accept Cash, Visa, Master-card, American Express, Discover, and Care-credit.
