Demetris is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatry Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With over 16 years in medical experience, she has a strong passion for helping others and takes pride in her ability to focus on the patient as a whole being. With a background in public health, home health, psychiatry, and education, Demetris brings a unique perspective.

Tandi is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who has over 12 years of behavioral health experience. She started her career as a Registered Nurse in 2001. She has a unique background with experiences as a mental health case manager, nurse leader, and medical staff in an alcohol and drug abuse detoxification unit.

*We are no longer accepting medicaid clients or clients under the age of 14 at this time.
We require 48 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments. A fee of $90 will be charged for same day cancellations and or missed appointments. This fee is not covered by Insurance. If you miss 3 consecutive appointments you may be dismissed from the practice. We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and care credit.
